2 Day Ocean Photography Workshop
If you're like me the Pacific Ocean speaks to you, inspires you and calls you to pick up your camera. However, often what looks amazing in the moment doesn’t show up in your photos, Right? Something is off. The experience you had is absent in the capture.
With 17 years behind the lens, I can help you take your passion for ocean photography to a whole other level. We will cover everything from best manual settings for capturing ocean waves, to Photoshop editing hacks that will take your shots to to the next level.
It takes a special skill set to capture the beauty of the ocean. This two day workshop will set you on a new path, able to explore your passion for the ocean, and capture photos that you are proud of.
What we'll cover:
Day One:
-What camera equipment (lenses, camera body, tripod etc) is required to photograph the ocean.
-How to best utilize the camera equipment you have access to.
-Manual Settings for ocean photography & sunset photography.
-RAW capture settings.
-How to find your subject, i.e. the perfect ocean side cliffs, sea stacks, wave break, etc.
-How to shoot reliably predict when you'll experience best conditions for ocean & sunset photography.
-High dynamic range photography.
-Capturing print worthy, high resolution ocean photography.
Day Two:
-Various post-processing techniques in Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom.
-Editing for online display & editing for print.
