Sunrise In A Pristine Canyon, AZ

It’s not the grand canyon, and that’s a good thing. This much lesser known canyon is untrammeled by hordes of tourists. There are no gates, admission fees, crowds, paved roads, or even fences here. It was absolutely quiet and still. It is nature as it’s meant to be. A canyon that exists as it has for years beyond count, for itself, for the animals, for the indigenous peoples, not as recreation, inspiration, escapism, or social media selfies. In the stillness of the sunrise, it was easy to imagine the timelessness of the place, to become transported to a time before industry, civilization, concrete, pavement, etc. I will not name this canyon here, for it deserves to be left alone by mankind. Please do not search for it. Please allow a photo of this untouched place to suffice.
